where am I

My favourite place at school is
 zigzagging,tall and orange.  There is a hexagon platform you stand on and jump off onto the bar. Wooden  posts are surrounding it.  Next to them are swinging triangle bars.

reflection of camp week

Camp week is were all  the middles get into tent groups so we can get to know everyone in the middle syndicate.
We did teams games so we can work together and have fun.I liked the  night train and ski races
 On Tuesday we went to mangakara bush walk. We learnt all about plants and nature.
We  camped over night in tents on the field on Thursday night and got to wake up at school !
 I wished it never ended.

new year

My goals for 2013 are to be ,

  • A year 4 leader.

  • To take on challenges like, camp.                                                                                           

  • To join more clubs, like glee club and dance club.

  • To take on more responsibilities like being an enviro agent.

  • To be a role model for younger children and be a fantastic kid.

swim safe

I  learnt at swim safe how to do freestyle , backstroke, dolphin dive  and kicking     dolphin  swiming  and I learnt to put your  hand up and say " help" when you need someone to rescue you. On the last day we went in the outside and went down the slide We also played in the splash attack pad. It was a wonderful week because I learnt a lot and had lots of fun.

How to make grass heads

You will need a thin stocking, grass seeds, dirt, a yoghurt container,eyes and nose, glue and decorations.

Step 1  Cut the stocking 20 cm long.

Step2 Stretch the stocking and put two teaspoons  of grass seeds in the stocking.

Step3 Put a cup of dirt in the stocking. 

Step4 Tie a  rubber band on the end of the stocking.

Step 5 Glue the eyes and nose and decorations.

Step 6 Leave it in the sun and put water in the container make sure the grass head stays wet.
