Buddy day. Buddy is to help Child Matters group so adults think of children that need their help.EVERYBODY!!! need to help children so they don't get hurt . So New Zealand kids have a bright future in the world.

athletics training

Hi.we have been doing athletics training . We praticed relay training and we learnt when the person says on your mark you go up to the mark. And they say set and you put your strongest leg behind you .Then they say go then you run to the other side and swap The baton to your right hand and run around .Your team and pass it to the front and walk back to the end. We also did long jump

.We learnt you jump off on one leg .And land on two legs. You also stick your bottom out and hands in front and you use high knees and head up that's what we have been doing for the last two weeks. This week we are learning the high jump. I think I can do the high jump well because I did it last year.

term4 goals.

I want to ...... achieve athletic inter-schools team so I get fit and healthy. It's the same as swimming. I love doing it so I want to get a higher grade in swimming when we go to swim safe. Another goal I want to achieve is to learn more harder strokes like butterfly stroke.

jump jam compition

on Saturday we went to the Bethlehem college in Tauranga .For our big competition!!! it was amazing .And we had our hippie costume on.We came 3rd equal so we don't go to the nationals in Auckland. but we got a big trouphy for the school.

Room 10's Assembly.

Today we did own assembly in the hall. We made it like a TV network in the studio. Fergus and Poppy were the TV presenters. We also have field reporters me and Rory. We went  vardon school and  talked to some in interesting children in  room10 they also showed as the number zero is so importaNT. They also shared some exciting writing about crosscountry. The audience learnt alot about what Room10 do in their caring, critical and creative class.

Jump Jam

This is the middle Jump Jam group we are practising for the competition.  In  three weeks we have costume to go with it.

cross country

cross coutry is fun running fast oxygen coming in and out stitches in my tummy Ouch! sprinting really fast coming about third overtaking people up and over hay bales nearly there two people in front of me running really fast trying to come second Yeah!I have finished My cross country goal is to go around two and half laps without stopping.

refection of term two

In my team two's achievements the best was getting into the Jump Jam middle team.It is really hard jumping around on the spot . I enjoyed the trashion show speaking loud and clear so that the audience could hear me. It was also fun being a year four leader this term. This was a great opportunity for me.  A year four leader means using the four R's and making sure the other kids in the class are using them too.
My goal for next term is participating in speeches and trying to get into the finals and also to read harder books. I will keep up the good work that I have done this term in class.

trashion show

In Room 10 we are doing a trashion show in week 8.We are working with Room15  for our waste to wow project . It is  going to be soooooooo great  making costumes with our buddy. There are going to great costumes.Our costume is looking great. You need to wait to see how they turn out my inspirations of a circus tent with the strips and flags.

Today  we went to the w.o.w expo we looked at fantastic costumes  my favourite dress  is the one that is called wonder does it sound interesting  when it goes under the UV light it glows up it is really pretty  a guy showed us how they were made their the costumes.

Hot air balloon

"Up up up and away" the hot air balloon goes. What a colourful hot air blalloon glowde in the darck  sky it lit up the sky. Sky is as cold as a popicel that chills my face. Coulds feels  soft as candyfloss. Sunsets rising with the pink and orange beautiful colours rising.

where am I

My favourite place at school is
 zigzagging,tall and orange.  There is a hexagon platform you stand on and jump off onto the bar. Wooden  posts are surrounding it.  Next to them are swinging triangle bars.

reflection of camp week

Camp week is were all  the middles get into tent groups so we can get to know everyone in the middle syndicate.

We did teams games so we can work together and have fun.I liked the  night train and ski races

 On Tuesday we went to mangakara bush walk. We learnt all about plants and nature.

We  camped over night in tents on the field on Thursday night and got to wake up at school !

 I wished it never ended.
